Due to the nature of our products, candles cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please kindly note that each candle is made by hand in small batches, so imperfections and variations are normal.  This includes: minor discoloration of the wax, small scratches or dents on the packaging, slightly off center labels, etc.  However, these minor flaws do not impact the candle's performance; instead, they add to its uniqueness and character. We’ll be more than happy to replace or refund products damaged during transit. If this happens, we have you covered. Please email info@wixsonnorthwood.com a photo of the following ASAP:
1. A photo of the damaged item up close
2. A photo of the box, showing all the packaging used to protect the item
3. A photo of the shipping label on the box
